this is a photomanipulation of james hetfield
why hetfield?
well I know metallica these days ain't what they used to be
They ain't got their old power, vibe and fire no more
and they're getting to commercial
but metallica was the first metal band I ever heard
before I got into metal
I listended to punk, such as the exploited, then someone put on master of puppets, and bang
I knew immediatly that this was it
this was and still is one of my all time favourite metal albums, and metallica in the old days was great, kick ass bitchin' band! now I donno, rumour has it that they've nearly finished a new album and that they're planning on touring again this summer. I hope so, and I truly hope that it won't be no commercial weak-ass shit, it better be good, toherwise, they'll have lost my respect, Until I can get my hands/claws on new material I stick with the old stuff, ride the lightning and master of puppets, those were the days.....
yeah
cliff was really awesome
he was one of the best man
ain't no bassplayer like him
man he really kicked ass!!
to bad he died
and to be quite honest, I never liked, I think I even almost hated jason man, tho robert is okay, but they'll never get anyone as good as cliff ever again
which is too bad
cause those really were the days
been listening to kill 'em all again this entire week and man, that's jsut so fucking awesome!!

Oh yeah man, Cliff was godly to the max! Indeed, it was a major, major unexpected thing that Cliff dude went before his time. Well, yeah, the others are ok but they're not as awesome as Cliff was.

Well, Ven has always worshipped Alex Webster (5-string bass player) from Cannibal Corpse, espicially his amazing work in Frantic Disembowelment. Here's the vid> [link] This is the non-vocal version only so you can hear the bass alot easier.

Also, Dream Theater's John Myung is pretty awesome too, he plays only with 6 friggin' stringers bass!
oh, oh, and I found a new song from Metallica, they actually brought back the solos now. The song is a bit of a mixture of St. Anger riffage and solos..
Wait a minute, you a Dream Theater fan too? Dude, Leader's a big fan of Dream Theater! LOLZ!
ROFL! We loved how they started to joke around when they messed up! "Wait, I'm the bass player!" LOLZ! But, yeah, it seems like a pretty damn good song. For us, St. Anger wasn't terrible, but it wasn't "amazing" so to speak. We like the useage of the trash can drums, but they did lack the solos and stuff they used to have.

Well yeah, the trash cans and lack of solo's were the main reasons people didn't like them so much anymore
But the problem is, the people who still love St. Anger don't realize Metallica did no effort in that album... People bitch about "it's still music anyway"... yeah well they should've pulled off a bit more, they are rich enough already
But that video amuzed me ^^ you could see that they loved to mess arround and turn the event into something funny haha
And I love DT, got my hands on some vids of their live performances, Glass Prison ftw (which I might be learning how to play anytime soon now)
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

I found it pretty good, actually. If reviews for this new album are good, I might go and pick it up when it's released!
